Its funny how a girl in your life can make you feel higher than the clouds. But when they're away, you feel down in the dumps.

So, a few posts ago I said I wanted to lose some weight and other crap.

Well, when I left for Vegas in July, I was a very hefty 265 pounds.  yes... 265... unbelievable, right?
Well, from dieting, lifting, and muay thai, I'm down to 235 and I'm still going semi-strong.  Its funny because I think 100% of the people who comment or guess my weight always says something along the lines of 200 pounds or so.  Through out college, my average weight was probably around 240 minus when I got back from Hawaii where I was 205.

I've been giving myself a few breaks here and there when trying to enjoy meals with family and friends, but I'm still trying to eat in moderation as well as working out whenever I can.

I think I'm going to change my goal to get down to a certain weight, then hopefully keep a steady work out routine while not making myself suffer with my diet.

I really think Muay Thai has really helped.  Its something totally new to me and I find it really enjoyable.  It also helps me work out when I have no gym because I do shadow box, throw kicks, knees, and elbows which works up a good sweat.  Not to mention the grueling work out routine Master Sammy teaches us to do to make our legs stronger.

One day, I will become a cage fighter!

Toodles!

I'm back from Cali.  Was a fun trip except for some "work" related stuff I "had" to "take care of" on Friday.  My rooming situation was sorta whack, but thanks again to Fed and his, uhhhh... "room mate" for putting me up for the week.  That was defiantly the most comfortable (not to mention the most intimate) couch I have ever slept on.  I have photo's to put up, but I'm too lazy soooo, I'm just going to link my facebook where I posted the pics.
Enjoy and its semi good to be home, although I already miss he ambiance of SoCal.

I think that works...
